Shipping policy

<h2>Where we ship</h2>
<p>Miss Jhumki currently ships within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.</p>

<h2>Shipping rates</h2>
<p>We charge a flat standard shipping rate of <strong>PKR 200</strong> for orders under <strong>PKR 2,500</strong>. Standard shipping is <strong>free</strong> on orders of PKR 2,500 and above.</p>
<p>The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.</p>

<h2>Processing time</h2>
<p>Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.</p>

<h2>Delivery time</h2>
<p>Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.</p>

<h2>Payment</h2>
<p>We accept cash on delivery and online payment. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.</p>

<h2>Order tracking</h2>
<p>Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.</p>

<h2>Delays</h2>
<p>Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help you follow it up.</p>

<h2>Incorrect address or failed delivery</h2>
<p>Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.</p>
