Refund policy

<p>We want you to love your Miss Jhumki pieces. If something is not right, you can return or exchange an eligible item within 7 days of delivery.</p>
<h2>Returns and exchanges</h2>
<p>To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please keep your order confirmation or receipt.</p>

<li>Exchanges are subject to stock availability.</li>

<h2>Items we cannot accept</h2>

<li>Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.</li>
<li>Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or used.</li>
<li>Items returned without their original packaging or tags.</li>
<li>Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.</li>

<h2>How to start a return or exchange</h2>

Please include your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos.</p>
<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or another agreed method.</p>
<h2>Shipping costs</h2>
<p>Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping.</p>
<h2>Damaged or incorrect items</h2>
<p>Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.</p>
